We work with clients around the world.
We work in two ways:
1) Debt investors who lend us money secured with a first charge on UK real estate. These investors are usually passive and maximise the returns they get on their money. We have paid up to 18% per annum on certain deals.
2) Equity investors who own a shareholding in the projects/investments. These investors are usually more hands on, although not necessarily. We have worked with seasoned investors and high-net-worth individuals with little property experience who share in the profit and have a huge learning experience.
We love working with both types of investors and always focus on long-term working relationships.
By determining our investor’s long-term ambitions, we will use their capital strategically and deploy it accordingly through our trading or income generation arm.

We’re looking for the following:
1) Yielding commercial stock with quality covenants
2) Yielding commercial stock with asset management opportunities
3) Distressed and ‘problematic’ residential property. (Structural issues, non-mortgageable property included)
4) Any property needing a quick cash sale
